Since I played FFXI (7 years) and FFXIV (2 years) on PC with controller the whole time it feels more natural and convinient, I don't really see why you would like to play PS3 version with keyboard and mouse. FFXI and FFXIV are not very fast paced like WoW or similiar games (I do play those too with keyboard and mouse) controller works great with the way the combat pace is.

Now with 2.0 coming they are adding jump and changing the game a lot so I'm not sure how it will be but for 1.0 controller was way better then keyboard and mouse.
