For me, it's gonna have to be Neon Genesis Evangelion 20: Weaving a Story 2: Oral Stage.

I don't see much anime, but I always loved that one :P

This is a difficult one...

My favorite however is the last episode (12th) of EF - A Tale of Memories.
One of the best climaxes to a story i have ever seen, even considering movies and literature, old and new.

I don't like most anime i see...but there's a few i liked ALOT. Rurouni Kenshin OVA is at the top of the list. (the beginning, but the ending is great too). The series itself isn't great.

I also liked .hack//sign and liminality, and vampire knight(both seasons). Cowboy bebop is nice as well, though overrated.

The music, storylines, and artwork in all of these was amazing.

My favorite moments in Anime include the ending of Code Geass, the episode in Death Note when L ninjas into Light's University and comes out and introduces himself in the middle of their induction, the fight in the original Naruto series between him and Sasuke when Naruto gains the Ninetails Cloak for the first time, Vizard Ichigo vs Pantera Grimmjow, Gohan's first fight vs Cell, the final episode of Shikabane Hime, the Anti-Spiral arc of Gurren Lagann, and lots more I'm not remembering clearly right now.

I'm not nearly the spoony Anime bard that many other people are but I've been watching the crap out of a bunch of them.

Well, rurouni kenshin OVA is only 4 episodes, and it would be ridiculous to try to pick one of them since it's all one story

I would have to say...
Two episodes from One Piece - the one where Luffy gives Nami his hat and then attacks Arlong Park...and the one where the crew storms Enies Lobby and burns the flag while Robin finally asks them to save her.

I'm a sucker for the crying ladies, what can I say.

My favorite episode is the fake gunfight within the school in the second season of School Rumble. I was so surprised at was happening since it wasn't explained until the end and I thought students were really gunning each other down in squads haha.

It was extremely funny, especially when the butler disguised himself as Eri. Brute one eyed butler dressed as a lithe school girl that moved around taking out students left and right, haha. It was great.

Oh god, Drunk Lee vs Raiga.

This actually should be up there with the original Naruto episode I mentioned earlier. Since this was in a filler episode and therefore not related to the main story arc, I'll go ahead and find it.
