Like the topic title states, what new info would you like to see from SE the most? Vote and discuss.

It's hard to combine the threads though, due to the start dates of the old thread, my voting post would end up at the end and it would be hard to find.

PvP! I'd like to see many forms of this. As much as I like speculating on this info, some closure/info would be great.

We should have testing grounds with options to K.O. or not. Also, there should be easy or hard non-aggro linking monsters that we can do field tests on.

Although I am a team-PvP fan, we should still have free-for-alls. That might be interesting and did not exist in ffxi. That way, teams and alliances would be made out of necessity rather than official designation. "You don't attack me, I don't attack you."

I know we won't have zones anymore, but would be great to just have certain territories where PvP kicked in too. Wouldn't be on major highways, just a fun place to go that's not an arena, but we should have arenas too!

and the BIG question, will we get to pick our own servers and plan for linkshells/organizations in advance?

I didn't see it as an option, but I would like to see info on what they're going to do for a guild/clan system! Next, I guess I would like to see the rest of the classes.

Having many options for PvP is still compatible with having a small role - as long as it doesn't affect everyone else or the overall picture. And in your interview with Tanaka it wasn't implied that there would necessarily be any PvP at all—especially at the start. So a slight confirmation would be nice. Hopefully, you were just hinting that there will be a role.

From the arena suggestions that people made, there are different types of arenas that could be implemented without creating much work for developers or upsetting the overall balance.

I'm ok with limited PvP, and still expect FFXIV to be my only game; what keeps me hanging in there is the hope for classy PvP. There was just nothing like ballista for those who got used to it and really got into that PvP community.

So far I'm the only one who picked realm info lol. I would like to see more about where I'm going to choose to reside. But in all honesty I really don't care at this point. I just want more info...I can't get enough!!!

Class info no doubt. I study classes and their skills for hours and days before a new game comes out to ready decide which class is for me or in FFXIV's case which one I want to level first. I would like to hear about any and all PvP details though.

I really wish they would release a beta character simulator. A sort of "here guys, mess with this and give us your input" sort of thing. If its like FFXI, I'm going to get attached to my character. It would be really awesome and hype me up considerably if I could start messing with how she will look.

XD I choose realm info too .. and was all like *sadpanda* when I saw it had two votes. Go us!! I hope they have a few thousand people per realm and less realms rather then less people and more realms. It would be so awesome to have 10-15k people on a realm ala Ragnarok Online.
