This question is regarding this topic, on the FFXIVcore wiki.

During the discussion, I realized that there were some concerns with how the images should be presented. Vote for what you think is best. This is very important for any of the FFXIVcore members who plan on playing a role in helping set up these images, so please vote carefully.

Also, if you vote for a sort of font anywhere, please include which style font you like (include font name choices.)

Examples

Choice 1: Posted Image

Choice 2: Posted Image
A male and female aldgoat. The male (left) can be distinguished from the female (right) by his larger horns.

Choice 3: Posted Image

The fonts and styles are also debatable. Thank you.

From Duck,"Maybe as a second poll you can ask whether expanded thumbnails should have a border. "

Second Poll: Normally you'd have this:
Posted Image
And so the question is referring to that gray border around the image. With or without?

I voted for "caption".

Maybe as a second poll you can ask whether expanded thumbnails should have a border.

A caption is best. As we get closer to the release date and past it, there will be images that someone won't know about. Some clarity would help. Text on the image just gets in the way. I find it annoying usually. Also, I would be on the 'different choice' side for the debated caption font. That blue doesn't fit.

Personal preference, I prefer no border.

Yeah, the blue was just to give everyone the hint that the color of the font doesn't simply have to be restricted to black if wanted.
