not entirely so. The JP FFXI fan shows had offers for in game campaigns that were JP onry back in the day (something like a battle arena or something, I forget, but there was much non-JP rage over the exclusivity of it.)

I'd hope that they offer that sort of thing to NA and EU when they release for those regions as well.

As for this translation, there's quite a bit of interesting information, If I wasn't so sure that I wanted to play a healer, a Gladiator might have been the choice for me.
