I have been thinking...Is there a in game voice chat system? Or will there be one? I know what some of you are thinking, most of the in game voice systems kind of suck compared to things like Vent. If there is one is it good or bad.

There isn't one, and I remember reading somewhere there wouldn't be one. You can still use voice chat software though, if you want. 8)

Yeah, no one really uses in game voice systems anyways.
Everyone prefers Vent/Skype.

It's a shame, because ingame voice chat is very convenient.. but the quality always sucks.

Ventrillo is good like others have stated. What I did, If I wanted to play with someone else(one other person), I'd tell them to get on google talk. It's like a phone to phone type deal. You ''call'' them and just talk via headsets and so forth. Much like Ventrillo except its 1 on 1.
